2 Call Plan $20.00/Month

The 2-Call Plan will call either your home phone or mobile phone 2-times per day to remind you to take your scheduled doses of medication now. If you take your doses of medication at 9 am and 9 pm everyday then schedule your Pill Reminder calls for 9am and 9pm. Our service will then call you everyday of the month at 9am and 9 pm to REMIND you to take your doses of medication now.

Lets say you take 3 doses of medication daily but your having an issue remembering to take your mid-day pills and your evening pills. No problem, use this plan to help you to remember to take your mid day pills and your evening pills. Purchase this plan to schedule 2 Pill Reminder Calls.

Our goal is to help you to remember to take each dose of medication your scheduled to take daily. If you only need help remembering to take 2 doses of medication then this is the calling plan for you.

THIS IS A TWO STEP CHECK OUT PROCESS!

Step 1: Please fill out the top portion of the form as you normally would for Credit Card approval. Then enter the first and last name and phone number of the person you want us to call. Be sure to chose the correct times you want us to call and then click the Terms of Service Box. Then click the orange “Check Out” button.

Step 2: You will be taken to our secure order page where you will first review the cost of the plan you chose, then click the green “Continue To Billing Information” button. This action will allow you to review your billing information to make sure its all correct, if it is, then click the green “Continue to Payment Method”. Once there fill in your credit card information and click the orange “Submit Payment button. With-in 24 hours you will be sent an approval email from 2CheckOut and our service will start calling the same day.

Terms Of Services I agree to the terms of service

Terms of service by checking this box you signify that you accept Daily Pill Reminders terms of service. You agree that you are signing up for daily in-bound phone calls from the Daily Pill Reminder Service. You also agree to allow us to bill your credit card every month as long as you are an active subscriber to our Daily Pill Reminder Service. You also agree that there are no refunds for early termination of service. You also agree that you and you alone are responsible to take your medications on time daily and that you and you alone are responsible for your own actions and that you hold Daily Pill Reminder Service harmless in the event should you miss a dose or doses of daily medication or be injured, hospitalize or die due to your inability to follow our voice instructions and take your prescription medication as prescribed by your doctors.

Billing Info: your credit card is going to be bill right now a $10 setup fee + $20.00 monthly fee for a total of $30.00. Then there will be a recurring monthly charge of $20.00/month until you cancel the service.
